NOTICE OF MEETING

The 2017 Annual General Meeting will be held on Wednesday, November 1, 2017 at 5:00 p.m. at the Wall Centre in Vancouver, BC.

NETWORKING RECEPTION & 10th ANNIVERSARY CELEBRATION

Help us celebrate our 10th Anniversary!  BCAEM is pleased to host a networking reception prior to and after the business of the Annual General Meeting and will be offering complementary drink tickets to members in good standing.  The reception will commence at 4:00 p.m. and will adjourn at approximately 8:00 p.m.

Stay for the Annual General Meeting and be entered into a draw for 10 memberships for the 10th Anniversary.  Five (5) 2018 memberships will be drawn for members in good standing and five (5) for new members!

MEETING AGENDA & ANNUAL REPORT

The Meeting Agenda can be found with in the 2017 Annual Report.  Limited copies of this document will be available at the meeting.  As such, members who wish to have a hard copy are encouraged to download and print a copy before prior to the meeting.

CALL FOR NOMINATIONS

The membership will be electing four (4) directors at the 2018 AGM.

If you wish to nominate yourself or another individual for a position you may do so by completing a Nomination Form 2017and sending it to deborah.borsos@bcaem.ca by October 25th, 2016.

Nominees and nominators must be BCAEM members in good standing.

PROXY VOTING

BCAEM is pleased to offer proxy voting at its AGM.  If you are unable to attend the meeting but wish to vote on please fill out the AGM Proxy Vote and provide it to a member who will be attending the meeting.

Both the proxy voter and proxy holder must be members in good standing.
