We are proud to announce that BCAEM and the Ministry of Emergency Management and Climate Readiness (EMCR) are launching a new initiative aimed at engaging with Emergency Management Practitioners.

Anticipated Outcomes
▪ Leveraging the Association as a platform to facilitate information sharing and foster discussion about the upcoming Disaster and Emergency Management legislative modernization efforts
▪ Initiating a community of sharing and learning
▪ Ensuring a common understanding of policy intent for Emergency Management and intersectional influences

▪ BCAEM provides a report to EMCR and the public summarizing Findings and Recommendations
