Influencing Change Report Now Publicly Available

Earlier this year, the Board solicited feedback regarding the proposed Finance and Response Guidelines released by the province in November 2020.

The result of this was the publication of our “Influencing Change” report. A comprehensive summary, the report includes 17 key recommendations related to 12 key themes put forth by BCAEM to the province, based on what we heard from you. The report was shared with our members and with senior provincial Public Safety leaders on behalf of the membership.

The Board is now releasing the report publicly. In doing so, it is our hope this will encourage practitioners to continue the conversation to spotlight the collective impacts and need for further consultation and engagement.

As future publications will only be shared with the membership, this report shows the caliber of work produced by this Board, in service of our membership. To continue benefiting from this sign up for your membership today!
